ABOUT BRIAN DEDE

|

It wasn't a compliment at first. A primary school teacher, Mrs. Nelson, called him “reserved.” He turned it into an acronym — Brilliant Reserved Young Nigga — and wore it like an identity for years.

It took a long time to realize reserved wasn't a cage. It was a choice made out of fear. BRYN stuck as a name. The fear is the part that had to be unlearned.

Most people play the game blind. Brian reads the board and builds a better system.

How I Think

KNOWLEDGE DOES NOT CHANGE LIVES.
SYSTEMS DO.

The world is a game of chess. Utilise each piece efficiently to gain the most out of your sacrifice.

Knowledge everyone has isn't leverage — it's noise. Knowledge is common. The ability to connect it isn't. That's the whole method, applied to markets, institutions, scripture, and attention.

  • The world is a game of chess.
  • Knowledge everyone has isn't leverage — it's noise.
  • See the board clearly, move without waiting for permission.
  • The ability to connect knowledge is rare.

The Deep Generalist

WHERE ONE DOMAIN
MEETS ANOTHER.

Cybersecurity

Student at Caleb University, reading systems and identifying vulnerabilities before they become obvious.

Creative Director

Co-founder at DOTP, building a reputation-based network for uncommon execution.

Author

Writer of QODESH, documenting the pursuit of honest answers to hard theological questions.

Strategist

Founder of Student Dominance System and CPO at TAI, architecting frameworks for high performers.

Brian has never been comfortable in a single lane. Cybersecurity taught him that systems have gaps the builders did not intend. Theology taught him that the oldest questions are always structural. Markets taught him that the crowd is always right until the moment it is catastrophically wrong. None of these insights belongs to one discipline. All of them come from moving between them.

A Ronin is a samurai without a master. Not because no master was worthy — because the work required a kind of loyalty that institutions cannot ask for. Brian operates this way. Not unaffiliated. Affiliated to the work, not the structure around it.

The frameworks Brian builds do not exist in any one field's literature. They are built by taking a problem from one domain and asking what another domain already knows about it. T.A.S.T.Y. Notes is where that happens first. DOTP is where that infrastructure is being built. The 14,600 book is where it was first documented.

Brian Is The Social Proof

FOR ROOMS THAT NEED SHARPER THINKING AND DISCIPLINED EXECUTION.

Every framework on this site started as a note in a WhatsApp channel with a thousand people reading over his shoulder — not a polished course, a live experiment. Brian tests the frameworks on himself first, in public, including the parts that failed.

The Skill Stack series paused for two months mid-run because practice stopped matching the theory. That gap was stated plainly on the page rather than hidden. The standard: the record stays honest even when it isn't flattering.

T.A.S.T.Y. Notes

A private Substack and WhatsApp channel where frameworks are tested live with over a thousand readers.

DOTP

A reputation-based network born from independent convergence on the same idea as Joseph Olamide.

QODESH

The record of refusing to stop asking honest questions until finding honest answers.

The 'You Are The Business' Metaphor

He genuinely believes that individuals operate with the same mechanics as corporate entities—and that applying hard business principles to personal growth yields the highest compounding returns.
